Educators for Social Responsibility is a national leader in promoting the role of conflict resolution, and violence prevention in schools. ESR's work fosters children's ethical, emotional, and social development by helping them learn to:
- manage and resolve conflicts nonviolently.
- solve problems cooperatively.
- value diversity, understand cultural differences, counter bias, and confront prejudice.
- think critically and creatively.
- make responsible decisions and take meaningful action.
