Life never gets any easier for Spidey or his alter-ego, Peter Parker. The Green Goblin and Sandman are menacing the city, but these supervillains aren't Spider-Man's greatest challenge. His limits are tested when an alien substance takes hold of his costume and unleashes his repressed anger and frustration. This is a darker tale than the previous two films, so parents may want to screen it themselves before taking the kids. (May 4)
