Dear Teacher,
Father's Day is June 15 this year. Remind your students to show their fathers – or other guardians – how much they care about them with cards, activities, and homemade gifts.
There are so many fields within the subject of science, you'll never run out of educational activities for your class to enjoy. From chemistry to plants to weather, we have plenty of materials to help you build a fascinating science lesson!
Summer is finally here! Celebrate warm weather and school vacation with summer reading lists (encourage your students to take books outside!), summer-themed activities, and other fun ways to revel in the new season.
World War I began on June 28, 1914. Commemorate this momentous event – said to mark the beginning of the new era in global history – by teaching your students about the impetus for war, the propaganda that followed, and other events that occurred in that time period.
Summer break is the perfect time to further your education with professional development courses, but you don't need to go to school to find rich advice on improving your teaching. Our resources cover everything from building professional portfolios to managing classroom behavior.
Best Wishes, The Editors of TeacherVision.com
