Beloved children's author and illustrator Maurice Sendak, most known for his classic Where the Wild Things Are, passed away May 8, 2012. Commemorate this creative giant by reading Wild Things, Brundibar, Bumble-Ardy, or another one of his lovely books in your classroom.
