Girl & Easter egg hunt Dear Teacher,

Easter falls on April 12 this year. Whether you're interested in discussing the religious importance of the holiday, or simply want to enjoy bunny- and egg-themed projects, we have activities your students will enjoy.

April is National Poetry Month! Show your class there's nothing to fear – and much to enjoy – in the world of haikus, diamantes, and limericks.

Teach your students about the diverse group of explorers who have traveled the world and made important discoveries throughout history. Included are Amelia Earhart, Christopher Columbus, Dr. Mae Jemison, and Ferdinand Magellan.

The current economic recession has put a lot of focus on jobs and unemployment. Our resources on various careers and jobs will help your students grasp the necessity of work and the importance of planning their own futures.

Math graphic organizers are an excellent way for students to adapt difficult concepts into recognizable patterns.

Best Wishes,
The Editors of TeacherVision.com
