November 2007, Volume 2

Cornucopia Dear Teacher,

It's only a couple of weeks until Thanksgiving, but there's still plenty of time for our holiday-themed resources! You'll find everything from a slideshow of our most popular Thanksgiving art activities, to vocabulary flash cards, to printables about the original Thanksgiving dinner. Plus, we have many interesting facts about Pilgrims for your students to discover.

Teach your students the fascinating—and horrifying—details about World War II. Encourage them to complete activities to honor heroes, map the locations where the war occurred, and write a letter to the President during this period.

We've added brand-new interactive puzzles and games to TeacherVision! You'll find Daily Jumbles, Word Roundups, Crossword Puzzles, and more, as well as old favorites like Sudoku. You—and your students—will find plenty to enjoy with these puzzles. They can be completed online or printed out!

Finally, from the discovery of America to the exploration of the North Pole, we have plenty of resources on explorers.

Best Wishes,
The Editors of TeacherVision.com
