The Lesson Plan Search Tool
The Lesson Plan Search Tool is designed to filter a database of almost 5,000 items. They are
categorized into 26 topics and numerous subtopics. As you look for specific
materials, it helps to choose topics and subtopics to narrow your
search results. This will provide you with the results you are
seeking.
Searching with Words
You can search on TeacherVision.com using a word or
words. Simply enter them in the search box and click on SEARCH. Please note that
if you search by a word or words and then narrow your search, the
word or words will remain as part of the search. You can narrow your
search by using the suggestions below: Check spelling:
Make sure your search terms are spelled correctly.
For searching phrases, use quotation marks: If you search multiple words such as learning disabilities, be sure to write it in quotations: "learning disabilities." Otherwise, you will get results for the word learning , the word disabilities and the phrase learning disabilities .
Refine your Search:

Narrow Your Search:
This option will allow you to refine your results, and you will find it on the result page.
Example: If your search for Mathematics got too many results, then you can refine it by selecting Measurement. This will search for Mathematics articles relating to Measurement. You can continue to refine your search by selecting more subtopics.
Modify Search:
You can select the types of content that you wish to see. If you want to see all Lesson Plans and Printables, simply use the check boxes to select them and your search results will be limited to those types of content.
Select Grade Level(s):

You may select a grade level or multiple grade levels of materials to search. Use the pull-down menu to select the range that you want.
