Dear Teacher,
February 18 is Presidents' Day. Officially the holiday was created for the celebration of U.S. founding father George Washington, but it's also a great time to introduce your students to the role of the executive branch and the candidates who are currently running for president.
Study the amazing human body, with our printables, activities, and lesson plans. From genetics to bones to diseases, we have plenty of different topics that will help you teach your students about everything their body can—and does—do!
February is Library Lovers' Month! Show your students the vast resources your school's library has to offer. We have activities to help them learn how to use a dictionary, encyclopedia, call numbers, and more.
Use our resources to give parents sound advice on everything from encouraging early reading to organizing homework time.
Finally, try our slideshows as a fun and interesting way to view a collection of our best resources. We've taken all of the guesswork out of finding the perfect lesson!
Best Wishes, The Editors of TeacherVision.com

Kindness Random Acts of Kindness Week is February 11-17 this year. Encourage your students to follow the golden rule with an Acts of Kindness Award, teach them about a peaceable classroom, and have them reflect on what it means to be a friend.
