Dear Teacher,

If your school system begins classes in August, it's time to start thinking about back-to-school! Don't worry—we have you covered. Get advice on everything from decorating and arranging your classroom to introducing yourself to your students and learning your students' names—and personalities.

A great way to get to know your students is to have them research their own families. They may learn things that they never thought about before—and you can use their newfound knowledge to acquaint yourself with your students.
