May 2007, Volume 1

Dear Teacher,

Congratulations to you and your students on successfully completing another school year! Keep them engaged in learning for the final few weeks, with help from our End-of-the-Year resources.

June 8 is World Oceans Day, so why not spend some time this month teaching your students about the many ways in which our oceans affect our lives and the lives of thousands of aquatic animals?

Celebrate National Safety Month in June by teaching your students what they need to know to stay safe at home and at school.

Finally, get advice on how to write the last report cards of the year; we have plenty of comments and phrases that will inspire you to write honest and open assesments of your students' work.

Best Wishes,
From the Editors of TeacherVision.com
