nugry: /n[y]oo´gree/

[Usenet, ‘newbie’ + ‘-gry’] n. A newbie who posts a FAQ in the rec.puzzles newsgroup, especially if it is a variant of the notorious trick question: “Think of words ending in ‘gry’. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are three words in the English language. What is the third word?” In the newsgroup, the canonical answer is of course ‘nugry’ itself. Plural is nusgry /n[y]oos´gree/.

2. adj. Having the qualities of a nugry.
