Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Greg Heffley's Journal

by Jeff Kinney

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Greg Heffley's Journal

This semi-autobiographical journal/cartoon book by Jeff Kinney – in the guise of seventh-grader Greg Heffley – is available online, and in hard-copy. Students can follow the hilarious trials and tribulations of Greg by logging in daily. This book is "an excellent choice for reluctant readers, but more experienced readers will also find much to enjoy and relate to in one seventh grader's view of the everyday trials and tribulations of middle school." according to a review by the School Library Journal Review. Book two of the series is available now as well!
