What is Books on the Run?
In order to provide you with high-quality, interactive material, we have created books in PDF format. Download a book onto your computer and use the highlighted links to see related content online. Print a book to use as handouts or simply to read.
Books on the Run are in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF). If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, you must get the free download in order to view and print these books.
To download, we recommend that you right click on the URL and select "Save Target As" from the dropdown menu and save the file to your desktop. Or you can open the file and print the book.
Why does the PDF display only one page?
You probably need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader - it's
free! Go to: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
Why does it take so long for PDFs to download?
PDFS are fairly large files. They can take a lot of time to download, particularly if you are using a slow connection to the Internet. Please look at our PDF Help Page for further advice.
I don't see anything when I try to view PDFs (printables).
